How is it delivered?
Traineeship funding is available under the Australian Apprenticeship System, which is suitable for those currently in employment, in a traineeship or currently unemployed and seeking future employment in the Hospitality industry.
The Certificate III in Hospitality provides students with the opportunity to develop all the
essential skills for working in Hospitality. You will gain industry insight, food and beverage knowledge, customer service and team skills and select from a range of electives.
The Certificate III in Hospitality course is delivered in a blended format with practical workplace application.
To achieve this qualification, students will complete 15 units of study:
