This course will assist you in learning correct hygiene practices, food storage and safe kitchen procedures for commercial and temporary food preparation settings.

These skills benefit food handling personnel working in tourism, hospitality and catering organisations with permanent or temporary kitchen premises and smaller food preparation or bar areas.
