Our Futures program helps jobseekers develop employability skills, form industry connections, and work towards job opportunities.

We are passionate about working with jobseekers, employers and employment services partners to give people real help in building skills and gaining sustainable employment.

Our Futures programs help jobseekers connect with industry and achieve their employment goals.

We work closely with each person and as they are ready, support them in their individual employment pathway which can include:
- targeted work experience
- vocational training or
- supported job search

*The Qualify Futures program is a non-accredited employment program.

There are no entry requirements for this course.

The Futures course has flexible delivery options including:

Workshop Delivery
- 8 workshops delivered I day per week
- Individual employment mentoring
- 6-month post program support

We are here to help you succeed. Qualify’s Trainer and Student Support teams are also available by phone, email or video link to assist you whenever you need individual course support.

The Futures Program delivers intensive job readiness training through interactive weekly workshops and continued employment support over a 6 month period.

Program modules include:
- Goals and pathways
- Technology at work
- Interviews and assessments
- Resume writing
- Wellbeing, health and happiness
- Working with others
- Safety at work
- Building support networks

To undertake this course, you will need:
- Regular access to a computer or tablet
- An email address and regular access to a reliable internet connection
- Basic computer skills
- PDF reader software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
- The ability to communicate in English
- The ability to understand and follow detailed instructions given verbally or written in English

Fee for service program (non-accredited): $995 (minimum 10 participants) payable by the Employment Services referring partner

Additional accredited Units of Competency can be delivered to support vocational pathways.
