To achieve this skillset, students will successfully complete 4 units of study:

Units of study:

CPPCLO3111 Clean rooms, furniture and fittings
CPPCLO3103 Clean and maintain amenities
CPPCMN3006 Provide effective client service
BSBWHS332X Apply infection prevention and control procedures to ownwork activities

To undertake this course, you will need:
- Regular access to a computer or tablet
- An email address and regular access to a reliable internet connection
- Basic computer skills
- To undertake a language, literacy and numeracy and numeracy (LLN) assessment to identify your LLN level and support needs
- The ability and willingness to participate in small group workshops and to study online
- Undertake some assessment activities through a practical demonstration of skills
- PDF reader software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
- The ability to communicate in English
- The ability to understand and follow detailed instructions given verbally or written in English

Unique Student Identifier is a government requirement that participants undertaking Nationally Recognised Training in Australia have a unique student identifier (USI). To begin this course, participants will need a USI. For more information on USIs, go to www.usi.gov.au

Course eligibility includes:
• An Australian or New Zealand citizen, a permanent Australian resident or an eligible visa holder
• Not employed or
• Aged between 17 to 24 years and not enrolled in secondary school or
• Hold a Health Care, Pensioner or Veteran Affairs concession card
