Qualify’s WorkReady Program has been tailored to meet Activation and Mandatory Activity requirements to support our Workforce Australia partners. The program includes our new QualTrack system, providing evidence-based progress reporting to empower providers, encourage student engagement, and course completion.
Our immersive accredited foundation skills short course is designed to support jobseeker engagement and skills identification and development. Participants develop core employability, language, literacy and digital technology skills using interactive technology through the Qualify eLearning platform.

The WorkReady program includes our self-reflection, job planning tool that offers jobseekers an engaging opportunity to increase self-awareness, identify strengths, employment barriers and support needs. Empowers employment mentors to triage support needs and apply tailored interventions.

The WorkReady Program is delivered through a combination of online eLearning and virtual workshops, with full trainer support.
Duration:
Full-time (20 hours per week) over eight weeks or
Part-time (15 hours per week) for twelve weeks
Cost: $495
Participants develop core employability, language, literacy, and digital
technology skills using interactive multimedia anytime, anywhere, through the
Qualify eLearning platform.
On successful completion, participants obtain a Statement of Attainment for the
following units of competency:
Students who decide to continue studying will be able to apply for credit transfers in other nationally recognised courses.
